The villas are located in a small town in Alicante known as El Pinet. The area in which it is located is very close to the beach, about two or three minutes walk and with all kinds of services around, such as schools, pharmacies, banks, supermarkets, gas stations, hairdressers and other small and large shops. The detached villas are totally independent with 3 bedrooms, two complete bathrooms, private swimming pool, they have a modern, minimalist and sophisticated design.
