Los Arenales del Sol is connected to the beach of El Carabassí (Santa Pola) by a long promenade which, especially in the evening, is a popular place for walkers, cyclists and skaters. From this promenade you can reach the seashore by means of wooden walkways. It is also connected to the natural area of Clot de Galvany, a wetland located between the urban areas of Los Arenales del Sol (Elche) and Gran Alacant (in the municipality of Santa Pola).

There are plenty of amenities close by, in Los Arenales del Sol there is a variety of restaurants, shops, kiosks, ice cream parlours, leisure businesses and a street market in the summer (Tuesday and Friday afternoons), where farmers come to offer their fresh local produce, and there are stalls selling clothes and shoes, among other things.

Gran Alacant is 700 meters from the development.  Gran Alacant is a very large international urbanisation with all the amenities you could need, from doctors, chemists, police station, supermarkets, commercial centre, cuisine from all different countries, shops, bars etc.

Balcón de Arenales is just 8.5 kilometers from the airport and there is a regular bus service to Elche, Alicante and Santa Pola.

The center of the city of Alicante is 13 kilometers away where you can find all the amenities of a large city.  Alicante is the capital of the Alicante province.

The climate in Los Arenales del Sol is perfect.  The lowest daytime temperature is 16º C and the average yearly temperature is 23ºC, and there are at least 320 days of sunshine a year, making it the perfect place for living all year round or for holidays in any season.
